Terms of Sales:

• Prices are subject to change without notice and do not include sales tax. Sales tax will be added to your invoice based on applicable guidelines.

Credit Terms:

• For new accounts, the first order must be prepaid; we accept all major credit cards for prepaid orders. Established accounts credit terms are Net 30 and can be paid with a credit card or cheque. Interest on overdue accounts is 1.5% per month, 18% per annum.

Shipping:

• All shipping fees are charged on your invoice. All goods are shipped with standard ground shipping. Express shipping available upon request and added to your invoice.

Return Policy:

• No returns will be accepted on golf balls, except if they were shipped in error. Returns for any other reason will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Damaged Shipments:

• Any damaged shipments must be reported within 48 hours of being delivered. Photos of damage must be submitted to ogb@axion.net. Failure to report damage within 48 hours will result in reduction of any claim

Warranty:

• Golf balls are not covered under any warranty, including the manufacturer’s original limited warranty.

Cancellations:

• All orders are considered firm. Cancellations of orders or changes requested after production has begun are subject to charges for work completed of a minimum of $25.
